Treasury Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions, including client outreach during migrations or changes
• Support testing of new applications and resolve complex user issues while documenting system issues
• Manage client transitions and deliver moderate to high complexity support

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of customer service experience with in-person interactions
• 5+ years of technical support experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
• Familiarity with ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Lockbox banking applications, and Bottomline applications
