Treasury Specialist - Construction Accounting

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing reports and funding Encompass loans, the full-time Treasury Specialist - Construction Accounting will manage various bank activities and accounting reconciliations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare initial close workbooks and fund loans through Encompass, updating records accordingly
• Reconcile accounts and perform monthly reconciliations, ensuring timely clearing of entries
• Communicate with various departments on ad hoc requests and assist in process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Preferred experience in mortgage banking with a focus on construction accounting
• General knowledge of accounting principles and mortgage process regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with intermediate skills in formulas and VLOOKUPs
