Treasury Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily treasury operations in a fully remote environment, the full-time Treasury Supervisor will manage loan funding, settlement, cash management, and payment infrastructure activities while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary treasury point of contact for the Banking-as-a-Service partner, ensuring service levels and issue resolution
• Oversee daily loan funding and settlement activities, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements
• Prepare and manage daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in treasury operations or related financial services roles
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Hands-on experience with ACH, wire transfers, and cash positioning
• Strong understanding of treasury controls and operational risk management
