Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions, including client outreach during migrations or changes
  • Support testing of new applications and document system issues, escalating when necessary
  • Deliver general support for moderate to high complexity tasks and manage client transitions
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of customer service experience with direct client interactions
  • 5+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, or cash management
  • Proficiency in ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
