Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions, including client outreach during migrations or changes
- Support testing of new applications and document system issues, escalating when necessary
- Deliver general support for moderate to high complexity tasks and manage client transitions
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of customer service experience with direct client interactions
- 5+ years of technical support experience
- Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, or cash management
- Proficiency in ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
