Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions, assisting clients via phone
Support testing of new applications and manage client transitions related to Treasury products
Document system issues, escalate when necessary, and adhere to policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
6+ years of customer service experience with in-person interactions
5+ years of technical support experience
Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
Proficiency in ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
