Treasury Transformation AVP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Treasury Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive treasury transformation strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
• Lead the design and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement innovative treasury solutions, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ Years experience in treasury management and experience in transformation and process improvements, preferably from a public financial services company
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, risk management, cash management, and liquidity forecasting
• Demonstrated experience in leading treasury transformation initiatives, including process automation, system implementations, and policy development
• In-depth understanding of financial markets, banking products, and regulatory requirements related to treasury management
