• Swiftly respond to potential members and schedule intake appointments
• Provide education about programs, follow-up, scheduling, and tech support
• Use motivational interviewing techniques to encourage intake appointment attendance

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in business development or similar admissions roles
• High school diploma or higher education preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR software and mobile apps
• Availability to work full-time with recurring evening and weekend availability
