Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treatment Fidelity Rater to review and evaluate adherence to treatment protocols for eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and rate video recordings of treatment sessions to ensure adherence to manualized treatment protocols
• Identify and summarize key session excerpts highlighting strengths and areas for growth for clinical supervisors
• Maintain accurate rating logs and handle administrative tasks related to provider performance data

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in mental health (e.g., PhD/PsyD, MSW, or Masters in Counseling)
• Familiarity with evidence-based eating disorder treatment
• Specific experience in family-based treatment (FBT) or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
• 3+ years of experience treating patients using manualized treatments
• Prior experience rating fidelity or expertise in supervision or video review
