Job Summary
A company is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to support their clinical team with documentation deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and update Individual Plans of Care (IPOCs) using clinician completed Diagnostic Assessments and FIRPP notes
- Complete Child and Family Team (CFT) documentation and CALOCUS assessments
- Maintain compliance with CARF, SC Medicaid, and payer documentation standards while documenting all work in the EHR system
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a human services field (Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology strongly preferred)
- Strong clinical writing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Comfort working in an electronic health record system
- Reliable laptop and secure internet connection
