Job Summary

A company is looking for a TrevorSpace Moderator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform community management tasks and assist users with tech functions
• Moderate content to maintain community safety and adhere to guidelines
• Document user feedback and collaborate with law enforcement as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing online communities focused on harm reduction and user safety
• Experience with online content moderation and trust & safety policies
• Experience submitting reports to law enforcement and child protective services
• Proven ability to collaborate with empathy and inclusion
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
