Tri-State Market Controller

Job Summary

Serving as the senior finance leader for the Tri-State market, the full-time salaried Tri-State Market Controller will manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance while driving regional transformation initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own accounting and finance operations for the Tri-State market, partnering with regional leadership and stakeholders
• Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial statements and management reports
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in senior accounting or finance management roles
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles
• Proven experience leading month-end close and financial reporting operations
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple locations
