Triage Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Consultant to assess participant needs and facilitate appropriate referrals in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for participant intake, needs assessment, and referral services
• Assess participant needs and determine eligibility for services, facilitating referrals as necessary
• Document participant interactions and ensure continuity of service experience

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field
• Ability to pass a DoD Tier 1 suitability investigation within 30 days of hire
• Knowledge and understanding of military life and the unique needs of service members and their families
• Familiarity with contact center operations, including call handling and documentation
