Triage Consultant I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Consultant I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional assessments of users' needs for core NMC/EAP and work/life services
• Handle high-risk calls with professionalism and in accordance with established protocols
• Educate participants on specialty program offerings and demonstrate knowledge of military culture

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or other human services fields
• State Licensure to practice independently (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred
• Minimum 1-year related post-graduate work experience
• Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services
• Ability to type 50 wpm
