Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Telephonic Nurse Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing telephonic initial triage assessment of injured workers under Florida Workers' Compensation law
Evaluating recovery needs of injured employees and facilitating communication between relevant parties
Serving as a patient advocate and participating in intake calls as needed

Required Qualifications:

Registered Nurse RN with a minimum of three years clinical experience
Excellent clinical assessment skills
Experience in Florida Workers' Compensation case management or occupational field
Technical proficiency in utilizing systems software efficiently
Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
