Triage Order Quality Associate II

Job Summary

The full-time Triage Order Quality Associate II will be responsible for accurately filing insurance claims, determining patient eligibility, and addressing order deficiencies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently verify patient insurance eligibility and correct accounts within Epic
• Research and resolve claim issues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and payor rules
• Monitor claims for additional research and actions needed to achieve resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in the role of Triage Order Quality Associate Level I
• 3 years of experience in medical billing, claims, and/or insurance processing
• Extensive knowledge of insurance claim submission requirements and denial reason codes
• Proficient in EHR systems and computer skills
