Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal environment, the full-time remote Triage Paralegal will manage the intake and assessment of client matters, handle standard paralegal tasks, and facilitate communication between clients and attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake process for incoming client matters, assessing legal nature and determining appropriate actions
• Handle standard paralegal tasks independently, including document revisions, entity filings, and drafting client communications
• Maintain the matter lifecycle in the firm's management system, ensuring accurate status updates and proactive follow-ups

Required qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in paralegal, legal operations, or a related field
• Strong foundation in commercial contracts and general corporate matters
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment preferred
• Located in Pacific Time or Central Time
