Triage Registered Nurse

Job Summary

A healthcare company is looking for a Triage Registered Nurse.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide standardized care and benefits navigation to patients through telephone triage
• Conduct clinical assessments of symptoms and determine appropriate levels of care
• Route members to additional internal/external benefits and community resources when needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered Nurse, currently residing and licensed in a compact state with eligibility to obtain RN licensure in all 50 states
• 2+ years of experience in a triage setting, preferably with phone triage, or 2+ years of experience in an emergency room, or 4+ years of experience in an ambulatory primary care role that included triage
• Expertise in advanced clinical decision making
• Ability to work in PST Timezone
