Triage Registered Nurse - MN License

Job Summary

To support hospice patients during critical times, the per diem Triage Registered Nurse - MN License will manage overnight and weekend calls, assess patient needs, and coordinate care remotely while adhering to professional nursing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient care calls, providing guidance and interventions based on nursing knowledge
• Evaluate patient needs and determine the necessity for nursing visits, dispatching appropriate staff as needed
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient conditions and coordinate care efforts with families and interdisciplinary teams

Required qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice
• Graduate of a professional school of nursing
• Ability to pass DHS background check, consumer report, and drug test
• Valid State Driver's License and automobile in good working order, if driving is required
• Possess or obtain RN license for the states served or a compact license before hiring
