Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Specialist in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resources to meet client needs
  • Participate as a tier 1 support technician and manage ticket queues
  • Assist clients with technical support questions and maintain client interaction records
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Industry-recognized IT certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, or Networking+ are a plus
  • Technical knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in providing privacy and identity theft advice is beneficial
