Job Summary
A company is looking for a Triage Specialist in the Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resources to meet client needs
- Participate as a tier 1 support technician and manage ticket queues
- Assist clients with technical support questions and maintain client interaction records
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Industry-recognized IT certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, or Networking+ are a plus
- Technical knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in providing privacy and identity theft advice is beneficial
