Trial Advisory Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time remote Trial Advisory Counsel Lead Consultant will review complex litigation matters, provide legal analysis, and lead strategy consultations with attorneys to promote proactive case resolution and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with team members to enhance agility in meeting demand for assistance across all markets served
• Identify potential risks to drive early resolution and improve litigation cycle time
• Facilitate roundtable discussions with Claims partners, providing legal analysis and resolution strategies

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited institution and active state bar license in good standing
• 5 or more years of experience in litigation
• Experience representing clients in bodily injury and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist matters
• Ability to serve as first or second chair in jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and arguing pre-trial and post-trial motions
