A company is looking for a Trial Delivery Lead (Base).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs in alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program activities
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources while monitoring progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in program management with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including risk management and budgeting
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment
