Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trial Experience Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Trial Experience Specialists to enhance their performance
• Serve as the primary contact for management inquiries and customer support escalations
• Monitor team health and performance metrics, providing feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience is preferred
• Prior experience in SaaS sales and managing the full sales cycle
• Experience leading customer-facing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to mentor and develop team members
• Familiarity with CRM systems and social media management tools is a plus
