Trial Master Files Specialist
Job Summary
To support clinical research efforts, the full-time Trial Master Files Representative will manage the preparation and maintenance of Trial Master Files (TMF) for various studies while ensuring compliance with sponsor specifications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain Trial Master Files for internal and external studies
- Create file structures and index contents to ensure completeness and compliance
- Communicate with client sponsors, project managers, and study contacts regarding protocol and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as science, nursing, or other biomedical discipline
- Experience in clinical research and/or Trial Master Files preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of document management experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
