Trial Operations Innovation Lead
Job Summary
Driving strategic transformation in clinical trial operations, the full-time Trial Operations Excellence & Innovation Lead will shape and execute initiatives focused on operational innovation, emerging technologies, and capability development, while working remotely or from locations in Belgium or Switzerland.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic transformation roadmap for Trial Operations aligned with organizational vision
- Establish and lead Centers of Excellence for emerging operational capabilities, including digital health technologies and decentralized trial methodologies
- Oversee cross-asset strategic initiatives to harmonize and standardize operational processes across multiple development programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or a related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of global clinical operations experience with a focus on strategic change initiatives
- Strong experience with clinical trial technology platforms and operational innovation
- Demonstrated understanding of ICH GCP, global regulations, and sponsor oversight requirements
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence across all organizational levels
