Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve claim issues initiated by clients and brokers
• Provide timely updates and explanations regarding issues to clients and management
• Track issues, document resolutions, and recommend improvements to processes

Required Qualifications

• Tribal experience required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum five years of claim processing or health insurance industry experience
• Solid understanding of ERISA and DOL regulations
• Ability to work effectively with clients and various levels of staff
