TRICARE Medicare Transition Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational direction, the full-time salaried TRICARE Medicare Transition Manager will oversee end-to-end solution development, manage program operations, and ensure compliance with TRICARE policies while collaborating with various teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end solution development from capture through proposal submission, ensuring compliance with TRICARE objectives
• Manage day-to-day program operations to meet contract requirements and performance metrics, serving as the primary liaison with government stakeholders
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years in program or operations management, with at least 3 years in federal healthcare programs
• Proven track record in program management and leading solution development for large-scale federal contracts
• Strong understanding of program planning, staffing models, and performance management in a federal contracting environment
• Direct experience with TRICARE Policy, Operations, and Systems Manuals, including TEPRV and DEERS
• Thorough understanding of handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and compliance with HIPAA regulations
