TRICARE Medicare Transition Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational direction, the full-time TRICARE Medicare Transition Manager will oversee end-to-end solution development, manage program operations, and ensure compliance with TRICARE policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end solution development from capture through proposal submission and ensure competitive bid compliance
• Manage day-to-day program operations to meet contract requirements, quality standards, and performance metrics
• Serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and program alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in program or operations management, with at least 3 years in federal healthcare programs
• Demonstrated expertise in program management and leading solution development for large-scale federal contracts
• Strong understanding of program planning, staffing models, and performance management in a federal contracting environment
• Direct experience with TRICARE Policy, Operations, and Systems Manuals
• Ability to communicate effectively with DHA and other government leadership, staff, and customers
