TRICARE Program Manager

Job Summary

To provide strategic leadership and operational direction, the full-time salaried TRICARE Transition Manager will oversee end-to-end solution development, manage program operations, and ensure compliance with TRICARE policies while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end solution development from capture through proposal submission, ensuring compliance with RFP documentation
• Manage day-to-day program operations to meet contract requirements and performance metrics while serving as the primary liaison with government stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify risks to enhance program efficiency and beneficiary satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years in program or operations management, including 3 years in federal healthcare programs
• Demonstrated expertise in program management with a track record of leading proposal efforts for large-scale federal contracts
• Strong understanding of program planning, staffing models, and performance management in a federal contracting environment
• Knowledge of DoD contracts and compliance with federal regulations, including HIPAA
• Ability to communicate effectively with DHA and government leadership regarding program operations
