TRID Compliance Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TRID Reviewer to ensure compliance with TRID and state disclosure requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loans for state disclosure compliance and manage department pipeline
• Ensure timely disclosure of valid changed circumstances and maintain compliance with regulatory changes
• Act as a compliance adviser to the processing team and complete mandatory trainings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in the mortgage industry
• Ability to understand compliance reports and fee tolerances
• Willingness to work in a remote environment with potential physical demands
• Eligible for a bonus based on performance
