TRID Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TRID Compliance Disclosure Specialist who is responsible for the accurate preparation and timely delivery of mortgage disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and update loan files to ensure accuracy of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure documents in compliance with CFPB standards
• Prepare disclosures according to TRID requirements and ensure secure delivery in accordance with federal regulations
• Utilize Encompass Loan Origination Software to manage loan pipeline and ensure compliance with TRID waiting periods

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience preparing Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures
• Demonstrable knowledge of the mortgage process and TRID compliance
• 2+ years' recent experience with Loan Origination Software, preferably Encompass
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams
