Job Summary

Supporting employees during transitions, the part-time Trilingual Career Coach will provide one-on-one coaching for job search and integration, assisting clients and their families in acclimating to new environments while working remotely from the Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with clients and motivate them to achieve career goals
• Guide clients through the coaching process, advising on job search strategies and career development
• Monitor client progress and provide tailored support for job search skills and integration challenges

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
• Experience with virtual coaching and knowledge of job searching in the Bay Area
• Familiarity with resume development, interview preparation, and social media platforms
• Understanding of cultural practices and integration challenges for expatriates in the US
