Job Summary

Supporting employee relocation and outplacement efforts, the part-time Trilingual Career Coach will provide one-on-one coaching in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, assisting clients and their families in job searches and integration into the Houston area, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes rapport and motivates program participants to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guides participants through the coaching process, focusing on career development and integration issues
• Advises on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job search strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
• Experience coaching expatriates and accompanying spouses in job search and integration
• Knowledge of living and job searching in the Houston area
• Familiarity with virtual coaching and technology tools
