Job Summary

Supporting clients in their career transitions, the part-time Trilingual Career Coach will provide one-on-one coaching in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, focusing on job search strategies and integration assistance for relocating employees and their spouses, while working remotely from the Princeton, NJ or Northeast US region.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with clients and motivate them to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guide clients through the coaching process, assisting with resume writing, interviewing, and job search techniques
• Monitor client progress and provide tailored advice on career development and integration challenges

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
• Experience coaching expatriates and their spouses on job search and integration
• Knowledge of job searching and living in the NJ or Northeast US region
• Familiarity with virtual coaching tools and technology
