Trilingual Career Coach

Job Summary

Supporting employees in their job search and integration, the part-time Trilingual Career Coach will provide one-on-one coaching for individuals and their families relocating to the Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO areas, focusing on career development and transition issues in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process, advising on job search strategies, resume writing, and interviewing techniques
• Maintain internal records of service delivery and monitor the progress of participants to enhance their job search skills

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, particularly with expats and accompanying spouses
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with strong communication skills in all three languages
• Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with technology and AI tools
• Knowledge of living and job searching in the Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO regions
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week as caseloads increase
