Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trilingual Mandarin/Cantonese Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from consumers regarding healthcare coverage
  • Process applications and changes for health care coverage, including eligibility determinations and enrollment
  • Document inquiries and escalate issues as needed while adhering to confidentiality policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED and 6+ months of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, including speaking, reading, and translation skills
  • Residency within 100 miles of New York, NY
  • Strong data entry and telephone skills
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
