Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trilingual Mandarin/Cantonese Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from consumers regarding healthcare coverage
- Process applications and changes for health care coverage, including eligibility determinations and enrollment
- Document inquiries and escalate issues as needed while adhering to confidentiality policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 6+ months of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, including speaking, reading, and translation skills
- Residency within 100 miles of New York, NY
- Strong data entry and telephone skills
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
