Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Trilingual Customer Service Representative will provide one-on-one customer service support to patients across the United States, managing telephone interactions, documenting patient information, and collaborating with healthcare providers, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, providing patient-focused service
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records and assist with appointment scheduling
- Suggest improvements to call flow processes and participate in efforts to enhance service levels
Required qualifications:
- Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare, sales, or customer service, preferably in a contact center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating web-based applications
- Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
- Regular, reliable attendance during scheduled hours is essential
