Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trilingual Customer Support Agent - Remote (ENG + SPA + RUS).

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-line support and occasional sales assistance to English, Spanish, and Russian-speaking customers
Identify areas for product/service improvements and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Contribute to user growth and retention efforts within the customer support team

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English, Spanish, and Russian with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales
Tech-savvy with familiarity in basic smartphone/tablet configurations
Reliable access to high-speed internet and own laptop or desktop computer with a headset
Familiarity with Helpdesk/CRM software such as Zendesk is a plus
Knowledge of the trucking/logistics industry is a plus
