Job Summary

Combining veterinary medical knowledge and policy expertise, the full-time remote Trilingual Veterinary Claims Specialist will assess pet insurance claims in English, French, and German, ensuring accurate and timely claim decisions while providing exceptional customer service to pet owners and veterinary teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Review veterinary medical records and policy information to evaluate claim eligibility and determine outcomes
• Conduct secondary claim reviews during the appeals process and communicate clear rationale for claim decisions
• Investigate complex claim scenarios by gathering and interpreting relevant medical and policy information

Required qualifications:

• Professional working proficiency in English, German, and French
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing veterinary, animal health, or pet insurance environment
• Strong understanding of veterinary medical terminology and common conditions
• Experience reviewing medical records or claims adjudication is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business software
