Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trip Enrichment Specialist to optimize revenue through improved data capture and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve data capture of demographic information to reduce unbillable trips and write-offs
• Identify areas for improvement within the revenue cycle related to trip enrichment
• Create and implement new processes to enhance trip information and overall revenue

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• One year of work experience in a relevant field preferred
• Experience with computer programs and software preferred
• Work experience in the medical or ambulance industry preferred
• General knowledge of medical and insurance terminology preferred
