TRIRIGA Software Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of federal and commercial clients, the remote TRIRIGA Software Developer will provide consulting services for the implementation and transformation of the IBM TRIRIGA solution, focusing on Real Property Asset Management and Computerized Maintenance Management System functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions to identified problems within the TRIRIGA application
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including functional requirements design documents and technical reports
• Execute and report on multiple analytical tasks related to facility operations and management

Required qualifications

• At least seven years of related technical experience with TRIRIGA or another Facilities Management system
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of TRIRIGA
• Ability to customize and configure the TRIRIGA COTS application
• Education: AA/AS degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or BS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• US Citizenship and ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks
