Trucker Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting daily transportation operations, the remote Trucker Support Specialist will coordinate service schedules, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure timely service delivery, requiring prior transportation and dispatch experience.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers to various assignments while matching their skill sets to open orders
• Communicate with clients regarding orders, driver issues, and payroll discrepancies
• Book travel arrangements for CDL drivers and manage daily input of airfare receipts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination
• 2+ years of transportation or transportation staffing experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Demonstrated leadership ability and success in delivering results
• Valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work
