Truckload Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Truckload Transportation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and book daily truckload movements while ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
• Negotiate rates with carriers and secure capacity for truckload transportation
• Monitor in-transit loads, identify risks, and coordinate recovery plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate tradeoffs and make decisions
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing plans
• Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations is preferred
• Familiarity with TMS, carrier portals, or operational tracking tools is advantageous
