Trust Accountant Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Trust Accountant (PH).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily trust accounting in AppFolio and Rentvine
• Process accounts payable/receivable, tenant charges, credits, and owner adjustments
• Prepare owner statements and handle bank reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Real-world experience with AppFolio and/or Rentvine
• Accounting background or strong understanding of accounting principles
• Strong English writing skills
• Intermediate skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work U.S. hours with a reliable internet connection
