Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust Administrator for Nuveen Earn Out Rebate Process in Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform due diligence to determine client contact information or lack thereof
• Prepare appropriate documentation for client communication and send funds to the appropriate endpoint
• Document due diligence, determination of fund remittance path, and send funds

Required Qualifications:

• Highly organized and able to follow project guidelines
• Attention to detail and investigative abilities
• Paralegal or accounting background preferred
• Experience with SEI trust system, Lexis-Nexis, or Ancestry beneficial
• Knowledge of trust/accounting terms or how trusts work
