Trust and Safety Agent

Job Summary

Fluent in German, the full-time remote Trust and Safety Agent will manage complex safety incidents, provide customer support, and uphold marketplace standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve high-severity Trust and Safety cases, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity
• Educate users on maintaining safety and security within the Rover community while managing escalated customer concerns
• Prioritize and respond to a large volume of customer contacts, maintaining attention to detail and ownership throughout the process

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of Trust and Safety or similar safety-related experience
• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles requiring de-escalation of intense customer concerns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in German
