Job Summary
Fluent in French, the full-time remote Trust and Safety Agent will manage complex safety incidents, provide customer support, and uphold marketplace standards while working Tuesday through Saturday.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively prioritize and manage high-severity customer contacts with attention to detail
- Investigate Trust & Safety cases, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Rover's brand image
- Educate users on safety and security practices within the Rover community
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of Trust and Safety or similar safety-related experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles requiring de-escalation of intense concerns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in French
