Trust and Safety Analyst
Job Summary
To support the IP Operations team, the full-time temporary Trust and Safety Operations Analyst will manage IP enforcement queues, handle escalations, and conduct root cause analysis while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process IP operations queues following documented SOPs and policy guidelines
- Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing complex cases to appropriate stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis on errors and trends, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in trust & safety operations or content moderation
- 2+ years of experience in integrity/IP enforcement or comparable operational program management
- Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs while exercising judgment on nuanced cases
- Experience with escalation handling and operational reporting
