• 1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Customer Support
• Strong analytical skills and high emotional resilience
• Ability to adapt to evolving fraud trends
• Passion for creating a safer online environment
• Experience with Google Sheets and familiarity with fraud detection tools is a plus
