Trust and Safety Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely as a contractor, the Trust and Safety Associate will review host accounts and activity, apply Peerspace policies to make informed decisions, and uphold marketplace integrity to ensure a trustworthy experience for users.

Key responsibilities

• Review host accounts and interactions to determine appropriate actions based on data and context
• Apply established policies to make decisions regarding host outreach and account-level actions
• Communicate professionally with hosts to maintain standards and assist them in achieving good standing

Required qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in host or customer operations, marketplace operations, or a judgment-heavy role
• Strong analytical reasoning with the ability to make sound, defensible decisions
• Comfort working with data and reading dashboards to inform decisions
• Ability to manage high volume tasks efficiently while maintaining quality
• Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken, with availability during standard US business hours
