Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Manager to enhance operational quality through safety incident investigations and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Trust and Safety incident tickets and develop sustainable systems for robotic delivery
  • Collaborate with various teams to address quality and relational issues while promoting positive outcomes
  • Utilize data to identify and address gaps in policy enforcement and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Trust and Safety or related roles in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplaces
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Experience in program management and building efficient systems and processes
